Graza's community had one recurring complaint: "but it's in plastic." So when they finally launched glass bottles, they made a Reel of the team celebrating with the caption "How it feels knowing we'll never see another 'but it's in plastic' comment again." 64K likes. The takeaway: listen to the feedback your audience keeps repeating, actually act on it, and then make the announcement entertaining. It makes your community feel like co-creators, not just customers.

Speaking of @brendahashtag, her carousels are worth studying. She layers imagery with short, punchy text in a way that feels handmade and editorial at the same time. This is a great format for personal brands or agencies that want to showcase a point of view without relying on heavy copy. The key is letting the visuals do most of the talking and keeping your text to just a line or two per slide.

Focusing on a text question as a visual hook can be risky because it can feel slow, but I am inspired by how stylist and editor Nikita Vlassenko crafts this series when a question is paired over captivating visuals and music. Easy-ish to replicate for FAQs or team features.
